Blog Post #10
December 3, 2009In highschool I did not consider myself a strong writer. I completed my papers hoow I felt like completing them because I wasn’t into writing papers. Writing papers now, at St. Xavier, I feel more involved with my papers and more interested. Every writing assignment we get brings more and more interest to writing.
I enjoyed having two classes with the same people. It has really got me closer to a few people in the class. In transitions I have learned to be open with new situationas as well as new people. English has taught me about different subcultures and has made me realize how easy it is to stereotype based off of what you see instead of what you know, and it aso has taught me to be more opinionated and to participate more. English 101 has pulled me out of my shell a little when it comes to participating in class.
